The TU Delft Library recently purchased a licence to make the Van Dale dictionaries available to all the faculties and services of TU Delft.
The
following dictionaries are available:
- Groot Woordenboek der Nederlandse Taal (unabridged Dutch dictionary)
- The Van Dale dictionaries for translating German, English, French and Spanish into Dutch and vice versa
- the very first edition of the dictionary, published in 1864
You can access the dictionairies via Blackboard > MyFaculty tab or directly via woordenboek.tudelft.nl or dictionary.tudelft.nl. This application makes use of Single Sign On via A-Select. So via Blackboard you don't have to logon again (except when your session has expired).

When clicking the link to woordenboek.tudelft.nl the site doesnt come up but gives a 404 message:
404 Not Found
b2evolution cannot resolve the requested URL.
---
Problem seems to be the inclusion of weblog.tudelft.nl in the link referral location. WHen removing that the woordenboek site does come up

Hi,
I just arrived here through a google search and don't know anything of your infrastructure.
I was wondering: what kind of integration paths does Van Dale provide? I understand you are using the Blackboard system and somehow managed to integrate the Van Dale dictionaries into that..?
also, do they support a site license?
thanks
